Is tuition paid each month? What does it cover?
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis, and classes are held one day per week. So, each tuition payment covers 4 classes.

When can I enroll and start classes?
Students can enroll and start classes anytime! Our enrollment is open year-round.

Are there any contracts or cancellation fees?
Nope! Our enrollment is on a month-to-month basis. You can enroll in classes anytime, drop when you need to, and pick-up again when you’re ready - no fees charged!

What if I enrolled for a class, but my schedule has changed? Can I switch my class?
Yes! You’re welcome to change your class day/time, as long as we have the availability. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to update your enrollment.

Does your schedule change during the school year/summer time?
No, our schedule is year round! However, we may update it occasionally based on demand and class size.

Can I have a make-up class if I miss a day?
While make-ups are not guaranteed, you are able to attend a make-up class if we have the availability. Please reach out to our front desk if you would like to request a make-up class.
Classes

How long are classes?
Regular classes are 55 mins.
Preschool classes are 45 mins.
Advanced Gymnastics is 90 mins.

How many students are in each class?
Our classes are typically 6-8 students per coach. This is subject to demand and coach experience.

What is the difference between Gymnastics and Tumbling?
In Gymnastics classes, students will learn skills on all events. For girls, Beam, Uneven Bars, Floor Exercise, and Vault. And, for boys, Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bar, and High Bar.
In Tumbling classes, students will learn skills primarily on Floor Exercise and Trampoline.

What will my student do during class?
In Gymnastics classes, coaches will focus on 2 “events” or pieces of equipment each week. The class will begin with a group warm-up, then move to the events, and finish with a closing activity.
In Tumbling classes, students will learn skills on Floor and Trampoline each week.

I believe my student should be in intermediate or advanced classes. How do they move up?
Our Intermediate and Advanced classes are “invitation only”. Students must be evaluated for their skill level and ability to follow instructions before being moved up.
Coaches will monitor students’ performance and give evaluations as needed. If you would like to request an evaluation, please speak with our front desk.
Drop-Ins

Do I need to purchase a pass before class, or can I just come in?
You do not need to purchase a pass before you drop-in! You can just drop-in during the scheduled time and pay in-person. If it is your first time attending a class or drop-in, create an account online to save time day-of.
Some Drop-Ins (particularly Tot Time) will fill up. To make sure we have availability, please give us a call.

So, I can just come whenever I want?
Pretty much! As long as you come during the scheduled time, you can drop-in as often as you’d like.

Do I need to create an online account to attend Drop-Ins?
No, you can come to the gym and enroll in-person if you would like. However, we encourage all of our customers to create an online account to save time and so they have access to updated information!

I have 2 children... Do I need to pay for both of them?
Yes - Drop-Ins are priced per student.
For Tot Time, there may be more than one parent/guardian at no extra cost.

Do I have to stay for the full scheduled time? Or, can I arrive and leave anytime?
You can join and leave Tot Time anytime during the scheduled class.
For Stretch and Mobility, we encourage students to arrive at the beginning of class and stay until the end.
