Parties can be held most Saturdays from 2:00p - 3:30p or 2:30p - 4:00p. Our parties are for all kids, turning 2 and older. Participants ages 2-4 must be accompanied by an adult.

Waves Parties are 90 mins long. This includes 1 hour of activities in the big gym, and a 30 minute celebration in the Party Room (located in the Preschool Gym). Parents/guardians are invited to set up and decorate the Party Room 30 mins before the party begins.

Parents/guardians of all participants must sign the Party Waiver before the party, or on the day of.

$275 for 1-15 participants

We require a deposit of $75, due at booking. Deposits are refundable up to 1 week before your scheduled party.

What is provided in the Party Room?

Our Party Room provides enough space for the party-goers and their parents/guardians to celebrate. This includes three 6ft tables and chairs. We encourage you to decorate the room however you like!

What if more participants arrive than we planned for?

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate up to 15 participants, so if any extra arrive, they will not be able to participate. Please keep this in mind when sending out invitations.

Are parents/guardians allowed on the gym floor or equipment during gym activities and play?

Parents/guardians are allowed on the gym floor to observe, interact and take photos. However, adults are not allowed on the equipment.

Can the kids keep playing in the gym if we finish our celebration and still have time left?

For the safety of the participants, once the instructor lead activities and supervised open gym are over, participants must stay in the celebration area until the party time ends.
