Holiday Closings:
April 18th - 19th in observance of Easter Weekend
May 26th in observance of Memorial Day
July 1st - 5th for Independence Day & Summer Break
September 1st in observance of Labor Day
November 26th - 29th in observance of Thanksgiving
December 22nd - January 1st, 2025 in observance of Winter Holidays
Waves tuition is based on an average of 4 classes per month, for 12 months per year. Some months you will get 5 classes, and some months you will get 3 (when we are closed for a holiday), therefore, we do not prorate tuition or offer make-up classes for holidays. Please see us at the front desk if you have any questions.
Payments & Billing
Payment Due Date
Tuition is due by the 5th of the month, each month. If you are absent twice in a row and tuition has not been paid, your enrollment will be dropped. Please let us know as soon as possible if you will be making a late payment or if you need to make any changes to your payment method.
Payment Options
In-Person - Cash, Credit/Debit Card
Online/App - You may choose to set up automatic billing, or store a payment method in our Customer Portal. We DO NOT require automatic billing, and WILL NOT collect payment without your consent.
Phone - We can process your payment over the phone manually, using a credit/debit card.
Annual Registration Fee
Registration Fee: $55/family
The registration fee is due at initial enrollment and annually thereafter. You will be notified the month that your registration fee is due and you may choose to pay with your monthly tuition, or make a separate payment.
